1. To Apply for CONAVI (National Housing Commission) Subsidy Program, the applicant has to approach the National Housing Commission. link
2. Familiarize yourself with the different housing subsidy programs offered by CONAVI and determine which one best fits your needs. CONAVI provides various programs for different income brackets and circumstances.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
5. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
8. The application fee for the CONAVI Subsidy Program in Mexico is 500 Mexican pesos. This fee is non-refundable, even if your application is not approved.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. They may conduct additional verifications or inspections if required.
12. If your application is approved, CONAVI will allocate the housing subsidy based on the program's specific guidelines.
13. The subsidy may be in the form of a financial grant, credit, or other assistance, depending on the program you applied for.
14. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
