Apply Online :

1. To apply for Hostel license in Meghalaya, the applicant has to visit the Meghalaya State Portal.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel license : Municipal board
3. Click on the "Trade license" to get the Trade license application and fill the form according to the instructions given below.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. Pay the required amount of fees as per the instruction.
7. Once the application is accepted, you will be notified via SMS.
8. You can download the application form from the official website of Meghalaya Municipal Corporation.
