1. To re-register a vehicle the applicant has to contact the NTA (National Transport Authority) of Mauritius.
2. The applicant has to contact the NTA with the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page.
3. The applicant has to fill-in an application form and you will be requested to be taken to the vehicle examination center , where you would have to take an appointment before going in.
4. You should also hold a removal permit to move the vehicle.
5. After the vehicle is examined, the applicant has to contact the NTA with the information from the vehicle examination center with the appropriate fees to complete the re-registration.
