- To apply Online Submission of Customer Contacts Details (CWA), applicant must visit the official website of the Central Water Authority (CWA) Mauritius at link.
- On the homepage, the applicant can click on the “Contact Us” tab located at the top of the page.
- Information related to the authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
- On the “Contact Us” page, applicant can click on the “Online Submission of Customer Contacts Details” link.
- On the next page, the applicant will find a form to enter they customer contact details.
- The applicant should fill in the form with all the necessary information.
- The applicant needs to enter all the required details such as their name, contact number, email address, address, and any other information asked in the form.
- Once the applicant has filled in all the details, then click on the “Submit” button.
- Applicants will receive a confirmation message once their details have been successfully submitted.
- The confirmation message will include an acknowledgment number which can be used to track the status of their application.
- After the applicant details will be added to the CWA’s customer database.
- The submission of contact details is free of charge.
- Generally, it takes up to 24 hours for a new application to be processed and approved.

- A valid ID card or passport.
- A copy of the latest bill from CWA.
- A copy of a utility bill (electricity, water, telephone, etc.)
- A copy of the lease agreement if applicable.
- Any other documents required by CWA.
