- Applicants must Log in with the applicant username and password or register a new account.
- Applicant should Enter their account number and click on the "Search" button.
- Then the applicant must Select the type of bill that the applicant wants to pay (water bill, sewerage bill, or both).
- Then the applicant Enter their payment details, such as the amount and their payment method. (e.g., debit/credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
- Applicants will need to submit the required documents electronically and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
- Once the form has been completed, applicant will need to submit it electronically by clicking on the “Submit” button at the end of the form.
- Applicant should Follow the instructions provided to complete the applicant payment.
- Once the payment is successful, the applicant will be issued with a payment confirmation number.
- Applicants should also receive an email confirming their payment.
- Keep the payment confirmation number and email for the applicant records.

Apply In-Person:

- Ask the bank staff to generate a bank transfer order for CWA bills.
- Provide the bank staff with the following information:
- CWA’s bank account number
- CWA’s bank name
- CWA’s sort code
- CWA’s billing address
- Make sure that the applicant provides the bank staff with the exact amount that the applicant needs to pay.
- Once the bank staff has generated the bank transfer order, he/she will be asked to sign the order.
- Once the applicant has signed the order, the bank staff will process their payment.
- Once the payment has been processed, he/she will be presented with a payment confirmation message.
