1. To apply for a canvasser license or permit the applicant has to contact the Tourism Authority of Mauritius.
2. An application form has to be filled in with appropriate documents attached and with information related to the area where the canvassing is carried out.
3. After the authorities investigate the area and the application the license or permit will be provided.

• Employer canvas is a person employed by the licensee to act as a canvasser.
