Apply In Person

1. To apply for membership in a youth centre, the applicant should make the application to any youth centre office in your location. Please view the list of youth centres through this link Youth Centres.
2. Applicants are required to collect the application form for registration,obtainable at the youth centre office, reception desk.
3. Complete the application form with accurate information. In case you encounter any difficulties with the application form, you can seek assistance from an official at the reception of the youth centre.
4. Once you have completed the application form, submit it to the youth centre’s reception.
5. The application will be evaluated by the administration office of the youth centre and if meets the required merits, you will be registered as a member of the youth centre.
6. The youth centre will then issue the membership registration documents within the day of the application.
7. Upon registration, you can proceed and apply for programs offered at the youth centre.
