Apply by Mail

1. To apply for a Tobacco Wholesaler License, the applicant will need to mail an application form to the Manitoba Finance Taxation Divison. Here is the contact Link
2. The applicant will need to submit a tobacco wholesaler license application. Click on the following links to the application form Link
3. Fill out the application forms with all the relevant details.
4. The applicant will need to attach required documents, find a list of documents under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant will need to pay an application fee, find fee-realted information under the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Mail the application form to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
7. Once the application has been signed and approved, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.
8. The applicant shall receive their license within a few weeks from the submission of the application.

• The applicant must be 19 years of age or above.
• The applicant must sell, offer or sell tobacco for resale.

• The applicant will need to pay an application fee; this will be told to them by the authorities.

• The Tobacco Wholesaler License needs to be renewed, the expiry date will be mentioned in the license.
