Apply by Mail

1. To apply for an Apply for a temporary explosives factory licence, the applicant has to approach Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). Here is the contact Link

3. Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
4. The applicant will need to submit additional documents. Find further information under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant will need to pay the fees as per the authority's request.
6. Submit the application form by mailing it to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
7. Once the application form has been approved by the authorities, the applicant shall receive their permit by mail within a few weeks from the submission of the application.
