Procedure
Apply via Agent
Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a mortgage certificate (Land valuation certificate), approach the nearest common service centre.
- Here you can find a list of CSCs: locator link
- Submit a request for the valuation certificate.
- Attach photocopies of documents as mentioned in the “required documents” section of this page.
- Once you enter all details and submit to the CSC centre, the application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
- You will receive an application number that you can use to track your application.
- The status of your application will be sent on your registered mobile number.
- Once approved, you can visit your nearest CSC centre, and give them your application number to obtain the certificate.
Apply Online
- To apply for a land valuation certificate, go to the official website of the Manipur e-district portal.
- Here is the link to the website: link
- On the right, click on “Click here to login with ePramaan”.
- Register in the portal.
- Click on “New user? Create an account”.
- You can register with your Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license or without identity verification (Though it says that it is not recommended).
- If you select Aadhar card, an OTP will be sent to your Aadhar registered mobile number.
- After registration, you can log in to the ePramaan website.
- Click on “Land valuation”.
- You will be directed to a page where you will see an application form, enter your details.
- Upload all documents as mentioned in the “required documents” section of this page.
- Once submitted, an application number will be generated which you can use to track the status of your application.
- You can track the application by clicking on the “Track application” section of the page.
- Enter application ID.

- Jamabandi/Patta Copy
- Up-to-date Land Revenue Receipt
- Land documents/ Land Deed
- Any other documents (Trace map, etc.)
- A latest Revenue tax receipt

- Rs 10 for citizens above poverty line.
- Free for citizens below the poverty line.
Validity
Needs to be updated every 3 to 5 years.
