Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a mortgage certificate (Land valuation certificate), approach the nearest common service centre.
2. Here you can find a list of CSCs: locator link
3. Submit a request for the valuation certificate.
4. Attach photocopies of documents as mentioned in the “required documents” section of this page.
5. Once you enter all details and submit to the CSC centre, the application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
6. You will receive an application number that you can use to track your application.
7. The status of your application will be sent on your registered mobile number.
8. Once approved, you can visit your nearest CSC centre, and give them your application number to obtain the certificate.
   

Apply Online

1. To apply for a land valuation certificate, go to the official website of the Manipur e-district portal.
2. Here is the link to the website: link
3. On the right, click on “Click here to login with ePramaan”.
4. Register in the portal.
5. Click on “New user? Create an account”.
6. You can register with your Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license or without identity verification (Though it says that it is not recommended).
   • If you select Aadhar card, an OTP will be sent to your Aadhar registered mobile number.
7. After registration, you can log in to the ePramaan website.
8. Click on “Land valuation”.
9. You will be directed to a page where you will see an application form, enter your details.
10. Upload all documents as mentioned in the “required documents” section of this page.
11. Once submitted, an application number will be generated which you can use to track the status of your application.
12. You can track the application by clicking on the “Track application” section of the page.
13. Enter application ID.

• Jamabandi/Patta Copy
• Up-to-date Land Revenue Receipt
• Land documents/ Land Deed
• Any other documents (Trace map, etc.)
• A latest Revenue tax receipt
