Apply Online :

1. To apply for Hostel License in Manipur, the applicant has to visit the official website of Imphal East District.
2. Use the following link to apply for Hostel License : Department of Trade
3. Click on the "Downloads" option which is available on the left side of the screen.
4. Now click on the Application form for registration of shop
5. Fill up the Trade license application form correctly without any mistakes.
6. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
7. Pay the required amount of fees as per the instruction.
8. After successful payment, you will receive a transaction number.
9. Upon the transaction number, you can download the license from the portal.
