Apply In-PersonEdit

1. To apply for cancellation of no objection certificate (NOC) in Manipur, the applicant has to approach the RTO office of the area.
   
2. Information related to the RTO offices and registering authority can be obtained from the “Office Locations and Contacts” Section of this page.
   
3. You will have to submit Application on plain paper in front of registering authority.
   
4. Application should be addressed to the registering authority, stating the reason for cancellation of NOC.
   
5. Attach the issued NOC slip.
   
6. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
   
7. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
   
8. If approved by registering authority, NOC will be cancelled.

Need for the DocumentEdit

• The document is required if the applicant wants to change his NOC to other RTO. Suppose, if you have applied NOC for RTO Delhi but now you want to get NOC for RTO Punjab. For this the first NOC needs to be cancelled and then fresh NOC will be issued.
