1. To apply for a fireworks license the applicant has to contact the local police station that should be able to help.
2. The applicant has to produce a recommendation letter from the licensee of a firework factory.
3. With the letter the applicant has to contact the local police station where the applicant would be requested to complete a application form.
4. The applicant will be referred to a course where he or she would be trained and taught information related to manufacturing or fireworks.
5. The applicant is then interviewed by an explosive committee, if the person passes the test a fireworks license will be issued.
