Apply In-Person

1. Applicants should visit a government hospital/medical center or a government certified private medical center/hospital near you and express your interest to the reception desk.
2. The receptionist will then open a patient file on your behalf and issue you a payment receipt, upon which you will be required to make payment against the receipt at the cash counter.
3. Wait for your turn at the waiting area, you will then be ushered to the doctor’s office for a physical medical assessment.
4. The doctor will then fill out the certificate in accordance to his/her finding, sign/stamp the certificate and issued the certificate to you immediately.

Any Pregnant women in Mali

The cost of the pregnancy certificate varies depending on the health facilities. However, for public hospital the service is free.

The certificate is valid until the women deliver’s the child or so on.
