Apply In-Person

1. Applicant should visit the secretariat of the head of the tax center of your municipality or of the Circle and express your interest at the customer service desk.
2. Pick the control ticket and wait for your turn at the waiting area at the census section, submit your identification document to be verify by the census section agent.
3. You will then be issued with a an invoice and advised to make payment against the invoice at the cash counter, upon which you will be issued with a payment receipt
4. Return to the census section and present the payment receipt to the agent, who then fills in the application form on your behalf and submits it to the head of the Center for signature and issuing of the signed document {patent} to the applicant.
