1. Take a token number and when your number is displayed, submit the filled application form with the necessary documents to the service counter.
2. Obtain the acknowledgement slip. (The date and time to collect the new taxi tariff will be included in the acknowledgement slip.)
3. Go to the service counter on the date and time specified on the acknowledgement slip (after taking a token number) and submit the acknowledgement slip.
4. Fill and submit the required receipt of the new taxi tariff slip issued by the staff at the counter and obtain the new taxi tariff.

• Request letter stating the reason for application of the renewal of taxi tariff.
