1. Take a token number and when your number is displayed, submit the filled application form with the necessary documents.
2. Obtain the originals of the documents from the service counter, once all the necessary information required is noted by the staff.
3. The date and time at which you have to collect the new driving license card will be informed by the staff at the counter.
4. Go to the service counter on the day informed and obtain the new driving license card.
