1. Take a token number and when your number is displayed, submit the filled application form with the necessary documents to the service counter.
2. Make the payment and obtain the payment receipt. (The date and time to collect the new taxi card will be included in the payment receipt.)
3. Go to the service counter on the date and time specified on the payment receipt (after taking a token number) and submit the payment receipt.
4. Fill and submit the required receipt of the new taxi card slip issued by the staff at the counter and obtain the new taxi card.

• Filled Application form to drive a taxi (L6 form).
• 02 Passport size photo (taken no later than 03 months)
• National Identity card (copy)
• Driving license card (original)
