1. Take a token number and when your number is displayed, submit the filled application form with the necessary documents to the service counter.
2. Make the payment and obtain the payment receipt. (The date and time to receive A zone license card will be stated in the payment receipt).
3. Go to the service counter on the date and time specified on the payment receipt(after taking a token number) provide the payment receipt (issued previously) and obtain the A zone license card after filling the rout slip provided by the counter.

• 02 Passport size photo (taken no later than 03 months)
• National Identity Card (Copy)
• Passed slip of vehicle theory test done to obtain A zone license
• Zone license book (original and copy)
