1. A Tourism related project can be registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia.

3. Completed application forms can be submitted to the following office location along with required documents:

4. Tourism Project Registration Application Form is free and does not involve any registration costs. Tourism Project Registration Form must be typed.

Various Conditions Related to the Registration
Application of tourism projects is weighed according to its merits from time to time in accordance with the requirements and general characteristics as follows:

1. The target market of the project is focused on tourists whether local tourists or foreign tourists.
2. Company promoters of tourism projects shall be incorporated in Malaysia.
3. Tour packages can be held for own attractiveness.
4. This project seeks to improve the image of local tourism and diversification activities (spin-off).
5. The architecture of the building and interior decoration projects oriented local culture is encouraged.
6. This project is not explicit or exclusive membership.
7. For projects stay, no minimum length of stay, there is no concept of time-sharing or ownership of individual rooms and no part of the project was sold to an individual property or rented for the long term.
8. For projects not stay, minimum investment allowed is RM10 million, excluding the cost of land.
9. Construction projects must be completed at least 75%.
