Apply In-Person

1. The applicant should approach the nearest Road Transport Office (RTD) which can be found out from the following link : Office Locations
2. Following is the application form that should be submitted along with the document : Completed Application Form JPJ L1
3. Before approaching RTD office, Please make sure you have all the required doucments that are listed under Required Documents section of this page.
4. The authorities in the RTD office should be able to help you with guiding in getting learner driver license.

• Completed application Form JPJL1
• Identity Card/Passport(Original/Copy).
• 6-hour Theory and Practical Course Certificate(JPJL2B)
• 1 colour photo (25mm X 32mm)
