Apply In-Person

1. Obtain all the required document for the application and visit the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development, Department of Agriculture research and Technical Service (DARs) office to fill an application
2. In the office an official will issue you an application form, fill the form and submit it with all the necessary documents
3. Pay the prescribed application fees and submit the payment slip to the DARs official
4. The DARs official will verify your application and if correct forward it to the back office for processing
5. Your application will be processed and the permit will be produced
6. Visit the DARs office and collect the complete permit
