Apply in-Person

1. Prepare the required documents and visit the Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Environment office.
2. Go to the Department of forestry to submit the required documents, where by the service desk officer will provide you with the Permit application form after verifying the submitted documents
3. Fill the application form and submit it to the service desk officer for review
4. The officer will check the application and if correct, you will be directed to the accounts office to pay the permit application fees
5. Pay the application fees as instructed and obtain the, payment receipt
6. Upon payment declare the legality of the product in the Department of forestry office
7. Once it is determined that the product is legal, your application will be processed and availed for collection
8. Visit the department office and pay the permit fee, then collect the complete permit valid for 21 days

Note: Illegal products will be denied permit
