Apply By Mail

1. Write an application addressed to the licensing officer of the Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development where your premises is based in
2. Obtain your recent identical four passport sized photos and sign them at the back and have them attested by a person of standing known to the licensing officer and considered by him to be a reputable person
3. Pay the application fees and attach the payment receipt to the application
4. Send the complete application with all the required documents including the fees and passport photos to the licensing officer for validation and approval
5. The department will send an inspector to inspect the your operations premises and file the results to the department
6. The department will assess the results present by the inspector and if it meets the standard requirements, they will approve the application and have the permit processed and issued to you
