Apply In-Person

1. Apply through the Environmental affairs department, and the director will assign a responsible officer to your request.
2. Present notice of consent from the receiving country and describe the radiation safety measures to be implemented
3. Obtain and fill the application form and pay the required fees
4. The assigned officer will forward the application for processing, and if the authority will need more information you will be requested.
5. The license will be processed within 42 working days
6. Once the license is available you will be request to pay the issuance fees and upon payment you will be issued the license.
