1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Agriculture Research Services (DARS). Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit an Application form to the Agriculture Research Services (DARS)

4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall submit the duly filled application form and documents to Agriculture Research Services (DARS).
7. After the application is processed, The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
8. The inspector sends the inspection result to the Agriculture Research Services (DARS) for review.
9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the Agriculture Research Services (DARS) issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
