- To register special employment exchange for disabled visit the Departments of Employment- Special employment exchange. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following link: Location Link.
- Visit the Office and get the application form to register special employment exchange for disabled from the relevant department.
- Please fill the application form with the essential information and details and should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
- Please attach all the documents that are listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also, pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
- The application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
- After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with Special employment exchange registration process.
- The registration process will be immediate and quick.
- Once the certificate is ready to be collected, office will inform the applicant to collect it in person or through any applicable means.

- Please visit following link of State Employment Exchange website for online registration Link.
- Please register to create an account if not a registered member already.
- Please log in to State Employment exchange website with login credentials.
- Now, select the respective district name. In case of certain states, native state and district details are also asked for. Hence please follow the instructions given in the respective state portal.
- Please fill the profile form appropriately.
- Please furnish all the required documents accordingly.
- On submission of the registration form, an acknowledgement containing the Registration Number, Registration Date and Name of the Employment Exchange is generated.
- Please save this acknowledgement for future reference.

- Certificates of work experience (if Any)
- Caste certificate
- Certificate of disabled, handicapped (issued by Medical Board/CMO)
- Proof of residence (Copy of Aadhaar/ PAN/ Ration card/ Voter ID)
- Proof identity issued by the government (Copy of Aadhaar/ PAN/ Ration card/ Voter ID)
- Four passport size photographs
- Four Full size photographs
- Payment receipt
- Note: Please submit the mentioned within 15 days from the date of registration. The time limit may vary from state to state.

Eligibility
