Apply In-person:

1. Applicant who wants to apply for a NOC to get amusement park license must visit the Home Department.
2. The office address and contact details are available below. Refer “Office Locations & Contacts” section. The details regarding contacts can be obtained from following link .
3. The applicant can obtain the application form from the Licensing Authority.
4. The applicant must make sure that they have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant must submit all the necessary documents along with the application form to the Licensing Authority (The Commissioner of Police).
6. A demand draft for Rupees one hundred must be provided by the applicant to apply for NOC certificate.
7. After the licensing authority validates all the details, they will provide the NOC license for the amusement park.
8. The applicant can collect the NOC certificate from the Home Department Office. Usually the processing time will be 21 days.

Apply Online:

1. To Obtaining NOC For Amusement Park License, the applicant can make the application via Aaplesarkar Portal by using the following link link
2. The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
3. Then the applicant has to click the “Home Department” menu and select “Obtaining NOC For Amusement Park License” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
4. Next Select Registration – Form, fill out the online form, and submit.
5. The applicant will get the application Id and the application screen will be closed.
6. Open the application submitting application id and see the status of the application and the instruction given on the right side of the screen.
7. If Status is uploaded document, then click upload the documents on right side instructions.
8. By Clicking on the documents which want to upload browse will appear and upload all the required documents with the above same procedure.
9. Then Click upload document at the bottom and see the status again which will show for payment.
10. Click on pay the fees on the right-side button and choose the option of payment and make payment.
11. Check the status it will show "under scrutiny" which means your application is on the desk for scrutiny check the status regularly, either it is "approved” or "rejected”

Apply Through Mobile App

1. To Obtaining NOC For Amusement Park License, the applicant can make the application via RTS Maharashtra app link
2. After installing the app, click on “Getting Started” and “select language” to start the application.
3. Then the applicant has to click the “Home” menu and select “Obtaining NOC For Amusement Park License” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
4. Next the applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
6. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Review the application and click “Submit”
8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be displayed. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
10. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The applicant can check the status of the application by clicking on “Track” menu by entering the department and application ID.

• Site plan showing religious, educational institution and Hospital within a radius of 75 meters of the Establishment
• NOC certificate from Fire Brigade to the effect that all precautionary measures are taken from public safety point of view
• Certificate from Govt Electrical inspector or Govt Approved Private contractor regarding the safeness of Electrical Fittings
• Proposed location & Site plan indicating the place for stage for Orchestra or Discotheque, etc (Size of stage 10 * 12 sq feet ) & specification about internal agreement in hotel, with their admeasuring area, the floor etc and duly signed by the architect with date.

• The applicant must have a clear plan for the entire site which must be well planned following all basic safety measures such as Fire safety, water safety.
• Only a well planned and organized site gets NOC approved.

As per the Regulations for Licensing & controlling places of Public Amusement, a demand draft for Rupees one hundred must be provided for applying NOC certificate.

The NOC certificate is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance.

The list of required information needed to complete the procedure includes,

• Name of the applicant
• Present address of the applicant
• Home address of the applicant
• Name, occupation and the home address of applicant’s father, mother, husband/ wife, brother, sister.
• Date of birth
• Present age
• Place of birth
• Educational Qualification including date of entering, date of leaving, date of examination passed, name of school/college
• Particulars of case if the applicant has been arrested before.
• Identification mark
• Occupation
• Name, address and signature of two persons well known to the applicant.

• As per the Regulations for Licensing & controlling places of Public Amusement, it is necessary to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to start a amusement park.
• The NOC certificate ensures that the amusement park was built following all the safety measures including water safety, fire safety, parking safety, electrical safety, health safety.

• After obtaining no objection certificate, license for the amusement park can be obtained.
• A license for premises of a permanent nature may be granted or renewed for any period no exceeding the 31st day of December of the year for which it is issued and a license for premises of temporary nature may be granted for period not exceeding three months at a time.
• The licensing authority also have the right to refuse a license if the premises appears to cause obstruction , inconvenience, risk , danger or damage to the residents or passerby.
