Maharashtra - Get No Objection Certificate (NOC) From Commissioner of Labour

Apply In-Person

  1. To get no objection certificate (NOC) from the Commissioner of Labour, please visit the Office of the Commissioner of Labour of the respective area. The address and contact details of the office can be found in the following Link.
  2. Visit the Office and get the application form to get NOC from the commissioner of Labour from the relevant department.
  3. Please fill the application form with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
  4. Please attach all the documents that are listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also, pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
  6. The application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
  7. After all the processes are completed, the commissioner of Labour will approve the application and proceed with the issue of NOC.
  8. The NOC issuance process will take a minimum of 3-5 days.
  9. Once the certificate is ready to be collected, office will inform the applicant to collect it in person or through any applicable means.
