Well Site Survey Service is provided by Ground-Water Surveys & Development Agency, Govt of Maharashtra provides. Online service is provided by the government to save time of the user. However, user can fill the form online and take the print of the filled form and can submit it in person the senior geologist officer, GWS&DA, Maharashtra of the area.
Apply Online

1. To apply online, the applicant shall follow the given aaple sarkar link: Link and click on the "New User? Register Here" tab.
2. From the given options, select any one mode to create User ID and Password.
3. Now verify UID or Create your own user profile using OTP verification on your mobile.
4. A new page will open up where the applicant has to fill up all the personal detail(Name, D.O.B, Age, Gender, etc) in the portal.
5. Now enter the address as per the document.
6. After that provide mobile number and OTP, PAN No., UID No., and confirm password.
7. Now upload a photograph between 5kB to 20kB in JPEG format.
8. Now choose from the drop now menu any one of the Proof of Identity.
9. Finally provide a Proof of Address by clicking from the menu on screen.
10. Click on the declaration box and then click the "Register" tab.
11. After login, click Link and then click on “Apply”.
12. The applicant will get an application displayed.
13. Fill up the application form correctly and pay the requisite fee.
14. On completion, the applicant will be notified.
15. You can check the status of the application in the portal by signing in with User ID and password.

Apply in Person:

1. Applications can also be made in-person through the Ground Water Survey and Development Agency (Government of Maharashtra) offices and sub-offices.

3. Please make sure you have all the documents (if any) that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page
   
4. Fill the application form with the required information
   
5. Submit the form in person to ground water survey & development agency.
   
6. After the authorities validate your application and the documents that are submitted they will allow for well site survey.

Applicant will have to upload the documents while applying for the service.The documents should be in JPEG, PDF or GIF format. The size of each document should not be more than 2 MB, while applying online.

Any individual who is a resident of Maharashtra state can apply for Well site survey service through Aaplesarkar Portal.

Explain the fees structure which is required for obtaining the certificate/document.

The service is given by senior geologist if the user has their application id and it takes normally 7 working days to get service after submitting the form.
