1. To Apply for Slum Photo Pass Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link

5. From the given options, select any one mode to create a User ID and Password.
6. Now verify UID or Create the user profile using OTP verification on your mobile.
7. A new page will open up where the applicant has to fill up all the personal detail(Name, D.O.B, Age, Gender, etc) in the portal.

9. After that provide a mobile number and OTP, PAN No., UID No., and confirm password.
10. Now upload a photograph between 5kB to 20kB in JPEG format.
11. Now choose from the drop menu any one of the Proof of Identity.
12. Finally, provide Proof of Address by clicking from the menu on the screen.
13. Click on the declaration box and then click the "Register" tab.
14. Now the applicant can apply by using the link given above.
15. The applicant has to click the “Apply” button.
16. Enter all the details in the application form.

18. After completing all the details click the “Submit” button.
19. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.

22. Once the certificate is processed and approved, the applicant can collect it from the designated office as per their instructions.

2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.

These initiatives include the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme and slum photo pass certificate, which focuses on rehabilitating slum dwellers by providing them with alternative housing options.
  

• In an attempt to redevelop the slum and to provide benefits of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) schemes to the eligible slum dwellers, the government introduced the system of photo-passes that are issued by the Collector. People who are living in the slums before the year 2000 are entitled to a photo pass that is issued in the name of only one member of the family.
