Apply In-person:

1. To Obtain Change in Address for Vehicles, the applicant has to approach nearby RTO link
2. An application form 33 will be provided to the applicant from the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Attach all the necessary documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the Concerned officer.
7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
8. Once the verification gets done by the officer, the applicant receives the notification from the office through SMS.
9. The processing time of this procedure completes within 2 weeks.

• Attested copy of valid vehicle insurance policy
• Attested copy of address proof of registered owner of vehicle.
• Attested copy of valid Pollution under Control Certificate
• Prescribed fee for registration
• Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & 61(as applicable)
  

If hypothecation is endorsed in the Registration Certificate, No Objection Certificate from the financier is needed to get the address changed in the Registration Certificate
