1. To obtain a Certificate of Documents Authentication, visit a Macau SAR Identification Office.
2. Fill up an application form. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can click to download the form.
3. Make sure to sign the form the same way you signed your Macau SAR Resident Identity Card.
4. Submit a completed application along with all the required documents. Application can be made by an authorized person by presenting the original and photocopy of applicant's identity card if applicant cannot apply in person.
5. You may collect your certificate after 5 working days following day after the bureau has received the application and all necessary documents.

Certificate of Documents Authentication: MOP$15.00, extra MOP$5.00 for every single authentication.
