1. To register a business in Liberia the applicant has to contact the Liberia Business Registry (LBR).
2. As a first step the applicant has to reserve the business name that should be registered.
3. The next step would be is to search for any existing business name that has been already registered.
4. If the business name is not already present an application can be made online through the following website : Liberia Business Registration Website

• Articles of Incorporation (Must be Probated for a Fee)
• Copy of ID (Identity) Documents
