1. SARPCCO Clearance Certificate should be obtained from the Ministry of Public Works & Transport. Application form that can be used : Application Form
2. Applicant has to submit the completed application form along with the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section.
3. After you application is validated along with the submitted documents, you will be requested to present the vehicle for inspection.
4. If the authorities are satisfied with the vehicle and the documents that are submitted by the applicant a SARPCCO Clearance Certificate is issued.

• Copy of Passport
• Authorization Letter (The authorization letter has to be endorsed by legal adviser or chief. In the case where the person applying is not the owner)
• Registration certificate (In case of cars registered at other districts in exception of Maseru and Leribe, the applicant has to submit blue card.)
