How to Apply

1. Applicant should visit the ONE-STOP BUSINESS FACILITATION CENTRE (OBFC) office and collect the application form for certificate of employment or click the link below to download.Link (Application form)
2. Read through the application form careful as it contain different section, which are to be filled accurately by the applicant and the prospective employer.
3. You will then be required to visit the C.T. POOPA CONSULTING ATTORNEY & NOTARY PUBLIC office with you passport/ID card, Certificate of registration (LNC) and Education certificate, (original and copy) and have them certified at a fee of 5 LSL per copy.
4. Return to the OBFC office and submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending officer for verification and processing.
5. Pay the application processing fee at the OBFC account department office, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
6. Submit the payment receipt to the work permit department office at the OBFC to be verified.
7. The registrant will then register the applicant name and the reference number of the payment receipt.
8. You will be notified of the outcome within 15 days, re-visit the OBFC office with your original passport/ID card and Payment receipt and claim the certificate of employment.
9. After receiving the certificate of employment at OBFC, the applicant has to go to the police headquarters office, department of police revenue office and have their digital photo taken, upon which you will be issued with the certificate of employment (ID) within 10 minutes.
