• Memorandum of Association and Certificate of Incorporation certified copies
• Lease or Sub-lease agreement certified copy/copies
• Health Certificate of the premises to be used, this document is obtainable from Maseru City Council (MCC) or public health within clinics if outside Maseru original.
• Environmental Clearance Certificate, this document is obtainable at National Environmental Secretariat (NES) - original
• Copies of passports of the share holders of the company certified copies
• Pay application fee of M100.00, and then be issued with a receipt as prove of payment. The application will be submitted to the Pioneer Industries Board and the applicant will be invited to present the application.
• If the application is approved, pay the license fee of M2 000.00, then be issued with the Manufacturing license at One Stop Business Facilitation Center.
