1. To register a company on-line, please click on the following link which would take you to the company register website where you can register the company : Register Company
2. Click on the logon option, if you have a username and password already or if you are new user you can register yourself.
3. Please follow the following steps to submit notice of change of directors and officers related to a company.
   • Click on Online Services and select Companies Register
   • Enter the Company Name and select from search results
   • Select Officers Tab
   • Click on Maintain Officer Details
   • You can do the following
     • Appoint a new Director
     • Cease a Director
     • Change the Directors Address
     • Change the Directors Name
   • Also provide the following documentation:
     • Newly appointed directors: - Directors Consent form for every director, Identification Document for every Director and a copy of the Special Resolution
     • Ceasing Directors copy of the Special Resolution
     • Change of Directors Name Evidence of the change of Directors Name and a copy of the Special Resolution
4. Click on Submit
5. Pay fees - Prescribed fee for Notice of Change of Directors and other Officers M200
6. Your application will be sent to staff to review. Once approved you will receive an email confirming registration.

1. Approach the office location which is provided under the Office Locations & Contacts of this page.
2. Please complete the following documents for completing the process.
   • Completed Form 9 Notice of Change of Directors and other Officers
   • Completed Form 8 for every director
   • Provide copy of Identification Document for every new Director
3. Prescribed fee for Notice of Change of Directors and other Officers M200
4. A letter confirming registration will either be posted to you or available to be picked up
