1. Go to the Embassy or Consulate General.
2. Fill out a passport application form. Passport Application Form
3. Submit the required documents.
4. Pay the application fee.

• actual passport with 1 photocopy of the first three pages (if for renewal)
• recent Personal civil registration or Lebanese ID with 2 photocopies
• recent Family civil registration with 2 photocopies
• 2 fingerprinted identification cards
• 4 photos (Passport size)
• a Consent Letter signed by both parents authorizing children under 18 to obtain a passport (if applicable)
