1. To obtain a license or permit to collect seaweed, the applicant has to contact the SIA Municipal Authority or SIA Municipal Service Industry.
2. The information related to the vehicle that is to be used for seaweed collection and transportation should be provided. (e.g. Vehicle Registration Certificate)
3. Information about the person who is responsible for collection of sea weed should also be provided (name, surname, personal identity number, declared or not the actual address of the place of residence and telephone number).
