1. To apply for license related to fishing in marine water, the applicant has to contact the State Environmental Service Marine and Inland Waters Administration.

3. The authorities would request appropriate documents that are required which should be produced in original and copies.

• Completed application form.
• Commercial fishing rights lease agreement (copy) and the annual lease protocol (copy), rent ships - Fisheries Commission meeting minutes extract (copy)
• A special permit (license) for commercial fishing (a copy ).
