1. To apply for license related to fishing in costal waters, the applicant has to contact the State Environmental Service Marine and Inland Waters Administration.
2. An application should be made along with the documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this procedure.
3. After the application has been processed the applicant should procedure the following documentation to collect the license.
   • If a legal entity:
     • Identity document and a document certifying the right to dispose of the legal person (the mandate or statutes, or other supporting documents).
     • A document confirming that the fishing vessel is registered in accordance with the law.
   • A Natural Person:
     • Identity documents and power of attorney, if the person is acting in accordance with other individuals mandate.
     • A document confirming that the fishing vessel is registered in accordance with the law.

Documents to be submitted when submitting application

Legal person :

• Completed Application form.
• Fishing rights lease agreement with the local protocol (copy).
• Mutual agreement document on the floating vehicle use (a copy) when fishing using someone else's floating vehicle.
• Special permit (license) for commercial fishing (issued by the Ministry of Agriculture) (copy).
  
  

A natural person:

• Completed application form.
• Fishing rights lease agreement with the local protocol (copy).
• Mutual agreement document on the floating vehicle use (a copy ), where fishing is using someone else's floating vehicle.
• Personal photo 3x4 cm shall be limited to the individual when fishing for personal consumption.
• Original documents must be presented by submitting an application or receiving a license if the documents are sent by mail.
