1. The applicant should contact the Latvian State Revenue Service to obtain Certificate to buy Wastel Oils in Latvia.
2. The applications can be submitted using the electronic portal. Following link takes you to the electronic portal : State Revenue Service Portal or e-mail or by post.
3. Appropriate application fee must be paid during the submission of the document.
4. The application should also accompany with the following documentation.
   1. Combustion plant types and number.
   2. Nominal combustion plant MW).
   3. Scheduled time of operation during the reporting period (h).
   4. Waste oils lowest heat of combustion (kJ / kg) and density (kg / l).
   5. Equipment efficiency according to the combustion equipment the technical passport data.

6. If the applicant is not the owner of the company for which the application has been made, a power of attorney has to be provided by the owner to carry out these activities.
7. If the officials are satisfied with the documents provided and the standards that has been followed in the facility or in the mobile shop a license will be authorized.
8. The applicant has to pay the appropriate fees for the license to be obtained.
