1. Application for license or permit to use natural resources should be made to the State Environmental Service through post or by e-mail with a secure electronic signature or the application should be in paper format with the signature of the applicant.

3. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed under Required Documents section of this page.
4. The application will be transferred to the relevant regional environment board, after a visit to the natural resource and the area after which the authorities might request for more documents.

• Ownership or use of certificates of authority, which is based on the right to dispose of natural resources.
• Information involved in economic activities, which provides for the type and actual volume of natural resources.
• Teritorial map (scale 1: 10000 or greater) indicating the location of the natural resources.
