1. The license or permit for construction of a building can be obtained from the local municipality office.
2. The applicant should produce a design of the construction to the designer of the municipality.
3. The submitted design will be validated on design terms and technical terms.
4. After the validation, if the authorities are satisfied with the design a construction permit will be provided.
