Apply-In-Person:

1. Approach the Lakshadweep electricity department to apply for temporary electricity supply.

3. Collect the required application form and submit the documents. Make sure you have all the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this procedure.
4. Once the application is filled submit it along with required document to the concerned authorities at the respective office. (must include licensed electrical contractor intended to do wiring)
5. Authorities will verify the submitted documents; if all the documents are in place then authorities will advise the customer to pay the fee for this procedure.
6. Once the payment is made, a receipt will be issued to the applicant. Keep it safe for future reference.
7. This application will be subjected for internal processing and a technician will inspect the premises on a scheduled date at the presence of applicant.
8. On satisfactory inspection in all respect by the officials payment has to be done accordingly.
9. After payment, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.

2. The application form will appear on the screen.
3. Read all the instructions carefully. Refer to the “Instructions” section of this procedure to learn more.
4. Fill in all the details and information. Refer to the “Required Information” of this procedure to know more.
5. Upload all the documents, save the application and click on “Submit Application”.
6. When you submit this form, you will be provided with the PRINTABLE APPLICATION FORM that is to be printed, completed in all respects & submitted to the department in person. Your application no. will be printed on the form.
7. The application will be reviewed and the applicant will be contacted by the respective personnel through email/mobile no.
8. Once verification is successful, and the fee is submitted, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
