Apply In-Person:
- To File a Complaint against any Gas Agency, the applicant has to approach the nearby gas distributor office in their area.

- Note: The applicant has to select Indane Distributor LPG and enter their Pin Code
- Bharat Distributor link
- Note: The applicant has to Select State and District from the drop-down menu to find the distributor.
- The applicant can just make a complaint directly to the officer or the applicant has to write a complaint letter.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the complaint letter.
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the authority will investigate the complaint and take necessary action regarding the complaint.
- Once the complaint is resolved the applicant will be notified by the concerned officer.
- The fee for making a complaint is free of cost.
- This entire process can be completed within 7 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
Apply by Phone
- To File a Complaint against any Gas Agency, the applicant can make a complaint through phone by calling the toll free and help line number of their gas agency. The numbers are mentioned in Gas Connection Book/Passbook or ill gas bill. Also, some numbers are mentioned below
- Indane - toll-free number 18002333555 or call the LPG emergency helpline number 1906
- Bharat – toll-free number 1800-22-4344 or IVRS numbers 7715012345 or 7718012345 which are common for all India.
- The applicant has to provide all the details to the concerned officer regarding the complaint.
- Then the authority will investigate the complaint and take necessary action regarding the complaint.
- Once the complaint is resolved the applicant will be notified by the concerned officer.
- The fee for making a complaint is free of cost.
- This entire process can be completed within 7 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
