• You can apply by calling "14567" which is a National Helpline for the Elders and they should be able to facilitate you to get a Senior Citizen Certifiate or Identity Card.

Apply Online

1. Please use the following link to access the portal : Register
2. After reading through the information, please click on "Register" button.
3. In the next page, please fill in all the information and click on "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
4. You have to pay a fee for processing the application.
5. Once the application is processed successfully, your card will be provided to you.

Apply through CSC:

1. To apply for Senior Citizen Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC : Link

   NOTE:To check the contact details of the CSC centre, please select the District and Block.

2. The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
3. The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective operator.
4. The operator will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
5. The applicant apply through the operator.
6. Please pay as per applicable service charges if any.
