1. Go to Civil ID Renewal link on the website of the Public Authority for Civil Information (http://www.pace.go.kw/CivIdRenewal.aspx).
2. Enter your civil ID number, then follow the instructions.
3. Receive your new card at the Public Authority of Civil Information Headquarters, Zahra, Checkers' Building, ground floor, Reception Hall.
4. Pay the card acquisition fees.

Civil identification is the identification through personal data such as fingerprinting that a citizen submits as part of the application process for certain permits. This procedure allows non-Kuwaiti expatriates to renew their civil ID cards when it has expired or about to expire.

The PACI administrative department will work from 9 am until 1:30 pm, while the registration offices for citizens and foreigners will open from 9 am to 1 pm. The sections for CIVIL ID where the cards are issued will open from 9am to 4 pm.
