1. Visit the General Department of Citizenship and Travel.
2. Bring along with you the required documents.
3. Submit the required documents.
4. Fill up the passport issuance application form.

5. Pay the fee.

• copy of the birth certificate for children
• copy of the civil ID for children
• Four (4) photos (4 6) with blue background
• copy of the latest educational certificate for applicants who reached 6 years old or older
• civil ID of the father or the legal representative
• emergency travel document, if the child is born abroad

• Kuwaiti citizens are eligible to apply for a passport.
• In case of a child or incompetent person, the father or legal representative could apply for passport.

Passport fee for 5 years - 3 KD

A Kuwaiti Passport is valid for five (5) years.
